Deployment and integrations planned around your operations
Introduce Asset2Work through a priority process. GiPStech works with your team to define data requirements, configuration, training and integrations as part of a phased rollout.
Start with a process and a clear objective
A maintenance plan, equipment transfer or asset register can provide a practical starting point. Defining the first process clarifies objectives, responsibilities and information needs. Asset2Work provides a configurable application foundation, using the capabilities available for the selected use case.

Prepare the data, people and equipment
Preparation covers the data to collect or import, the people to involve and the devices operators will use. If location is part of the project, coverage and infrastructure are assessed as well. These inputs define the rollout plan and each participant’s responsibilities.
Initial data
Prepare the records and information needed for the first process.
Project team
Involve process owners, administrators and users.
Operational equipment
Check devices and field operating conditions.
Site requirements
Assess coverage and infrastructure where positioning is required.
From configuration to operational use
Once objectives are agreed, work moves through configuration, user review and training. The process is assessed before operational rollout, with feedback used for final adjustments. Stages and responsibilities are defined in the project plan according to the requirements identified.

Define data exchanges with your business systems
Integrations start with the data that needs to move between Asset2Work and existing business systems. For ERP, CRM, GIS or BMS applications, the assessment covers available interfaces, data flows and ownership of updates. Capabilities, implementation work and timelines are agreed for each system involved.
Build a schedule around project requirements
GiPStech’s experience includes rollouts measured in a few weeks for agreed standard configurations. Each project has its own schedule: data quality, user availability, positioning infrastructure and integrations affect the work required. Identifying these dependencies supports realistic timelines and clear responsibilities.
Data preparation
Data quality and availability affect the initial work.
Team participation
Allow time for user review and training.
Technical work
Plan the tracking infrastructure and required integrations.
Establish the first rollout, then expand
Initial use provides feedback to refine the setup and strengthen team skills. Expansion to other areas or processes builds on this experience, with additional objectives and requirements defined in advance. Adoption can grow progressively alongside the organization’s needs.

Evaluate initial operational use
Compare the first process in operation with the agreed objectives, collecting feedback on data, tasks and working practices.
Refine the initial configuration
Review user feedback and agree on priority adjustments before extending the setup to other contexts.
Establish skills and responsibilities
Check that the team can manage the planned operations and the settings within its remit, with clearly defined responsibilities.
Plan additional processes and sites
Define the next phase of adoption and its data, integration and training requirements, building on the experience of the initial rollout.
