Plan maintenance. Stay in control of every job.
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance with plans, service requests and checklists linked to your assets. Asset2Work supports each job from planning through to the recorded outcome.
Manage scheduled work and faults in one system
Scheduled maintenance and unexpected faults require different responses, but rely on the same assets, documents and people. Asset2Work brings maintenance plans, tickets and jobs together so managers can coordinate the work. Each task remains linked to the equipment involved and its maintenance history.

Maintenance plans, service requests and checklists
Recurring schedules organize periodic work, tickets capture service requests and checklists define the required checks. Recorded results become part of the asset’s maintenance history. Together, these tools structure maintenance work and provide the information needed by planners, technicians and supervisors.
Recurring schedules
Define intervals and tasks for scheduled maintenance.
Service requests and tickets
Capture faults and the details needed to plan a response.
Inspection checklists
Specify the checks and information required from technicians.
Maintenance history
Keep results linked to the equipment involved.
From scheduled inspection to completed work record
Illustrative scheduled-maintenance example: for the asset “Pump P-01”, the organization defines a monthly inspection and assigns the task to the responsible technician. The checklist contains the checks required by the internal procedure; the technician records the requested information and the outcome. The supervisor reviews the record in the pump’s maintenance history and assesses any anomalies. The asset, interval and task are illustrative: technical procedures and completion criteria remain those set by the organization.

Give technicians the information to carry out the job
Technicians need to know the equipment, the assigned work and the required checks. In enabled workflows, the app provides this information during the job and captures the results. Location can help teams find the asset, while checklists and service records document the work performed.

Review open work, delays and results
Comparing planned work with operational records helps identify outstanding jobs, missed deadlines and results requiring follow-up. Managers can trace an issue to the equipment and task involved using the indicators available in their setup. This supports prioritization and follow-up planning.

Due dates
Review maintenance jobs against the schedule.
Work progress
Distinguish outstanding work from recorded jobs.
Previous maintenance
Review earlier inspections and results in the asset history.
Bring your first maintenance plan into Asset2Work
Start with an equipment group and an existing maintenance plan. We define frequencies, responsibilities, checklists and required records, then review the workflow with technicians and managers. Their feedback helps refine the setup before it is extended to further equipment and activities.

Identify assets and responsibilities
Select the assets for the first maintenance plan and define who schedules, performs and reviews the work.
Set up plans and checklists
Translate existing procedures into schedules, tasks and recorded checks. The plan follows the technical criteria set by the organization.
Trial the maintenance workflow
Walk through a job with technicians and managers, from assignment to recording the outcome, checking the information needed at each stage.
Review results and refine the plan
Review the records and exceptions identified during the trial. Refine the configuration before extending the plan to more assets.
